I’ve been asked about training on FRx for beginners. If you’re in charge of the IT part of FRx, you might want to try the installation eCourse. It’s about installing and directory structure, although it may have some extraneous information. It’s $295.
If you want more report design, the Essentials I course from FRx in Denver is excellent, although it may be overkill if your users already know the software. You can do it over the web in a live class (2 days), or in a self paced eCourse format.
There is also a 1 year subscription to Essentials I and II that’s good if you have several users to train over a period of time.
I do onsite training on your data and it’s based on the reports you want to create. For more information, see FRx Training.
I’m also working on some self-study training manuals. For more information, see FRx Training Manuals.
June 2008 Update: I’ve just finished writing the introductory self-study training manual FRx in 8 Hours—Introduction. It’s a downloadable PDF that you can begin using immediately. See the manual’s Table of Contents for more information.
