Learn Management Reporter Faster
A new release of Management Reporter 2012 hit the road yesterday and is available for download.
The official name is Management Reporter 2012 Rollup 2 (aka RU2).
The 2 biggest improvements in this release are support for SQL Server 2012 and updates to currency translation for GP.

Now it's owned by Microsoft. They rewrote it and rebranded it Management Reporter.
The two are very much alike and much of the FRx content here also applies to MR.

Just wondering, does this RU 2 have the capability to actually pull in additional data from another source i.e from a datawarehouse where i have more information i want to include into a financial report aside from my regular GL in AX? Do you know?

Hi Jeff…no to the datawarehouse, but it can pull data from an excel spreadsheet. Cheers. Jan
